10. And there are seven kings; five are fallen, and one is, and the other has not yet come; and when he has come, it is ordained that he remain a little while.
11. And the beast that was, and is not, he is also the eighth, and is from the seven, and goes into perdition.
12. And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings, who have not yet received a kingdom, but shall receive authority as kings for one hour with the beast.
13. These all have one mind, and shall give up their power and authority to the beast.
14. These will make war with the Lamb, but the Lamb shall overcome them; for He is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those who are with Him are called, and chosen, and faithful.”

10. 有七位王。五個已經倒下，一個仍存在，另一個還沒到來，他之所以到來，是因為有暫時的須要。

11. 有第八位，不是先前的那獸，而是第七位的延續，引向死亡之路。

12. 你所看見的十隻角，就是十王。這些王仍未得到那王 國，卻可以與獸一起時，擁有王權一小時

13. 這些領袖有同一個想法，就是讓自己的能力交給獸。

14. 用這些力量與羔羊爭戰，只是羔羊必然勝。是因為那位是萬主之主、萬王之王，與之一起的，是被揀選又忠信的一群。

15. 使者此時對我說：擁有眾水，又坐於其上的，吸引而來的是世上之民，從列國而來，說不同的語言。

16. 你看見的十角，就是在獸身上，是會憎惡那些出賣自己的，更會令這些出賣自己的，感到被冷對待，赤身得無地可容，肉被火烤熟吃掉。

17. 神，是讓這些人心硬，一心要為那獸出力，將自己的主權交出，讓神的啟示得以應驗。

18. 你看見的女人，就是那偉大的城，擁有所有人對它忠心而來的權能。

這是一段描述猶太人遇到一個偉大時代的來臨，只是這個偉大是從人的角度去看。對於用來信神的視角，人說的偉大，是許多放棄了自主之權而來，自願放棄或被迫放棄自主，成就了奴隸這角式而帶來的權力集中。

看這段起初的描述，不知道要說的是什麼。只是從第18節就為這謎解鎖，這偉大之城是巴比倫。

上一段有談到以AI的角度，看巴比倫是如何在人的理解當中，[偉大]是什麼意思，在此就不多討論。

可是這段歷史，極有可能是猶太人在經歷德國那段歷史，與之極為相似而且更早，是個難忘的經歷。在此不是去恐嚇猶太人而是提醒，因這段歷史對猶太人帶來的苦難，是因為離開了神。而這個離開是一個過程，以七間會堂的現狀去說明，猶太人不信耶穌是基督，將會是一個災難產生的緣因，就如巴比倫時代所經歷的。
