10. Now when they returned, the apostles related to Him everything they had done. Then He took them and withdrew privately into a desert place of a city called Bethsaida.
11. And when the multitudes knew it, they followed Him; and He received them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and He healed those who had need of healing.
12. But when the day began to decline, the twelve came to Him and said, “Dismiss the multitude, so that they may go into the villages and the country round about, and may find lodging and provisions; for we are here in a desert place.”
13. Then He said to them, “You give them something to eat.” But they said, “There is nothing more than five loaves and two fish with us, unless we go and buy food for all the people.”
14. For there were about five thousand men. Then He said to His disciples, “Make them sit in companies by fifties.”
15. And they did so, and made everyone sit down.
16. Then He took the five loaves and the two fish; and looking up into heaven, He blessed them and broke them, and gave them to the disciples to set before the multitude.
17. And they ate, and everyone was satisfied; and that which was left by them was taken up, twelve baskets full.
18. Now it came to pass as He was praying alone, and the twelve disciples were with Him, that He questioned them, saying, “Who do the multitudes declare Me to be?”
19. And they answered and said, “Some say John the Baptist; and others, Elijah; and others, that some prophet from ancient times has risen from the dead.”
20. Then He said to them, “But Who do you declare Me to be?” And Peter answered and said, “The Christ of God.” (A Faithful Version)
10. 使徒短宣回來,匯報在外發生的事。耶穌就帶使徒門退到伯賽大城附近的曠野。
11. 一些人知道了,就跟踪到來。使徒接待他們,耶穌對他們講論神國的道,又醫治那需要醫治的人。
12. 天將晚的時候,十二使徒對耶穌說:要解散這群人,讓這些人可以往周圍城鄉去投宿覓食,事關這是曠野之地。
13. 耶穌回應:那先給這些人一點吃的吧。使徒說:我們只有五個餅兩條魚,再沒別的。要滿足需求就要買回來。
14. 只是,當時人數約有五千。耶穌於是對使徒說:那就讓這些人一排排地坐著,每排五十人。
15. 他們就照吩咐去叫眾人依安排坐下。
16. 耶穌此時拿著這五個餅兩條魚,祝謝後,擘開,遞給門徒,分派給眾人。
17. 這些人一起用膳,全都吃飽。將剩下的食物收拾時,竟仍能裝滿十二籃子。
18. 過了些時間,耶穌去獨自禱告時,十二使徒想隨同,耶穌便問:這些人認為我是誰?
19. 使徒回應:有說是施水禮那位約翰,有說是以利亞,有說是古時的先知從死裡復活。
20. 耶穌問使徒:你們認為我是誰?彼得很快回應:是基督彌賽亞,是神的兒子。
註:第20節在原文是這樣:The Christ (G5547),The God (G2316).當中包含了基督是彌賽亞的意思,以及是神的兒子的意思在內。,
路加這段對神蹟的描述似乎不在神蹟本身,而在乎使徒如何看待神蹟。
神蹟的出現是因為現實的需要,就在曠野當中發生,許多慕道者,到晚上用膳時候,耶穌就用這五餅二魚讓五千人飽腹,這描述沒有細節。其後,耶穌想去獨自禱告的時候,使徒要跟去,就問他們一個問題:人以為耶穌是誰。答案只有彼得說出正確的描述: 是基督彌賽亞,是神的兒子。(v.20)
因此,路加整段神蹟的描述不在神蹟本身,而在對誰行神蹟的了解。
神蹟出現,很震撼。這種震撼對五千人來說,在描述中似乎沒有這感受。原因是這些人沒有看到整個個程,只有在食物到來時,會感到耶穌和12使徒安排得非常妥善。他們在神蹟當中,卻感受不到。誰感受到這神蹟的震撼?是12位使徒?這是他們親身的經驗,可惜都沒有。不是無有迢樣的體會,而是體會了卻不敢認定或者將真實的感受說出來。今日的信眾也許有這種現象出現?
這親身經驗的人當中,有二類反應:一類是從頭腦的知識去找答案,自己不敢肯定自己的親身經歷。另一類是對自己親身的經歷給予絕對的肯定。
因此,追段描述它反映一種現象,不知是神蹟的人,他們對環境事物是冷感,五千人都有食物,正常的人都會因懷疑而生好奇,這些人的好奇只會在已經發生過的事上,找可以解釋的緣由。因此,他們的答覆是:由近推展到遠古,從當中找尋可解釋的理由。12位使徒當中11位都與大部份人的想法一致。經歷是每個人的成長過程,只是這種經歷會被社會一直持之以恆的教育和教導,它是既有能穩定社會的規範,是讓社會給人有進升機會的軌跡,是人心穩定的基本態度。這是為什麼人要求王,而有些人也想成為王的心態的緣由。
當時只有一位,西門,被改名為彼得這位,對善惡二種觀念,早就存在心中。人能分辨是本能,存放這本能的地方是神給人吹進那口氣,又或者被稱為良心的東西之內。彼得的靈就是被那[光]充滿,沒有被世俗的教養模式遮蔽,良心也沒有因私慾被埋沒,為此,清心的人得見神。這樣的體驗標準,是[教會]能夠存在的根基,彼得就來個樣本。保羅也有這方面的體會:律法的本意是好,權柄是由上而下。他沒有說:只是/但是。
提阿非羅在江湖打滖了這麼多年,是受了世界的影響還是心清目明仍在,就看他的選擇。
