36. Now as they were telling these things, Jesus Himself stood in their midst and said to them, “Peace be to you.”

37. But they were terrified and filled with fear, thinking that they beheld a spirit apparition.

38. Then He said to them, “Why are you troubled? And why do doubts come up in your hearts?

39. See My hands and My feet, that it is I. Touch Me and see for yourselves; for a spirit does not have flesh and bones, as you see Me having.”

40. And after saying this, He showed them His hands and His feet.

41. But while they were still disbelieving and wondering for joy, He said to them, “Do you have anything here to eat?”

42. Then they gave Him part of a broiled fish and a piece of honeycomb.

43. And He took these and ate in their presence.

44. And He said to them, “These are the words that I spoke to you when I was yet with you, that all the things which were written concerning Me in the Law of Moses and in the Prophets and in the Psalms must be fulfilled.”

45. Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures,

46. And said to them, “According as it is written, it was necessary for the Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day.

47. And in His name, repentance and remission of sins should be preached to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

48. For you are witnesses of these things.

49. And behold, I send the promise of My Father upon you; but remain in the city of Jerusalem until you have been clothed with power from on high.”

50. Then He led them out as far as Bethany; and He lifted up His hands and blessed them.

51. And it came to pass that as He was blessing them, He was separated from them and was carried up into heaven.

52. And after worshiping Him, they returned to Jerusalem with great joy,

36. 正當彼得等人談論的時候，耶穌再次站在他們中間，說：願平安歸與你們！

37. 眾人都驚慌又感到害怕，以為見到什麼靈體。

38. 耶穌說：為什麼煩惱？為何心生疑惑？

39. 來看我的手，我的腳，就知道是我。過來親自摸模，若是靈體，就無骨無肉，我有。

45. 耶穌繼而引導開他們的心竅，更多地明白舊約當中的意思。

46. 結尾時，說：照經上所記，彌賽亞是須面對苦難，三天後從死裡復活。

47. 人要奉祂的名，將悔改、如何解除犯錯束縛的道理，從耶路撒冷傳到萬邦。

48. 你們是這些事的見證。

49. 我父給我的囑咐轉託給你們，先在耶路撒冷等候，直到披載從上頭來的能力。

50. 及後引領他們到一段約與伯大尼同等距離的地方，舉手為他們祝福。

51. 祝福完了，便與他們作別，升天而去。

52. 他們跪拜後，滿懷欣喜，回耶路撒冷去。

這段記載相信是全卷最難用人可以理解的方式去明白。那許就是基督奧妙的地方，是耶和華和人中間的媒介，人是可以憑著那口氣，體會耶穌的作為。彼得三次不認，耶是一而再，再而三和他顯現，為他的信心立下堅固的根基。

這是猶太人對逾越節之後的七七節，又稱五旬節，或聖靈降臨節，從逾越節往後的50天，是這個節期的長度，為什麼要這麼長？

按節日的意義，那是獻上初熟的果子。那麼彼得和這１１位跟隨者及當時一眾人等，都成了耶穌親自顯現，親自由舊約的摩西律法、先知書和詩篇上指著彌賽亞預言給予講解的一群人，也許足夠理由稱之為初熟的果子，真的明白舊新二約當中彌賽亞到來的真正意義。因此聖靈的充滿，就是耶穌在最後顯現這群人的信心，能再次肯定，心中那團為主而活的火，再被點燃，而且能夠延續。

這處讓提亞非羅看到一個事實：當耶穌升天而去，人照舊如常生活，生活好像沒有多大變化。而實質的變化原來不在外，而在人心的轉變。從前對人的冷漠提防小心，對人性雖然滑落的無奈，因為自己心內那團火熱被肯定，對人能改變，依舊信心十足。只要自己不放棄，也不讓別人放棄，愛心不讓挫折磨掉，守護著自己也為別人守望。讓身處冰冷的人間，總有機會遇上那一點光與熱，提阿非羅今日遇上。
