耶和華的事，私用沒有版權

1. And the whole earth was of one language and one speech.

2. And it came to pass, as they were migrating toward the east, they found a plain in the land of Shinar. And they settled there.

3. And they said to one another, “Come, let us make bricks and burn them thoroughly.” And they had brick for stone, and they had asphalt.

4. And they said, “Come, let us build us a city and a tower, with its top reaching into the heavens. And let us establish a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered upon the face of the whole earth.”

5. And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower which the children of men had built.

6. And the LORD said, “Behold, the people are one and they all have one language. And this is only the beginning of what they will do—now nothing which they have imagined to do will be restrained from them.

7. Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, so that they cannot understand one another’s speech.”

8. So the LORD scattered them abroad from that place upon the face of all the earth. And they quit building the city.

9. Therefore the name of it is called Babel, because the LORD confused the language of all the earth there. And from there the LORD scattered them abroad upon the face of all the earth.

1. 那個時代，只有一種語言一種文字。

2. 帶著這種語文，向東遷徙，到了示拿這片平原，就定居於此。

3. 他!們一起商量，要做磚，把磚燒透當作石頭，又造黏土。

4. 為自己建造一城一塔，塔要通天，以此揚名，讓分散的不再分開。

5. 耶和華為此到來，要看這些人的後代要建造怎樣的城和塔。

6. 耶和華說：大家都用一種語言表達，就像是一個人。有能力造塔只是其中之一，將來沒有一件他們想做的事，能受到限制。

7. 便決定下去，把語言混淆，就無從了解交流。

8. 耶和華以此方式，讓他們從那裡分散到地上各個方向。於是一切工程都停了。

9. 為此，這地給起名叫巴別，是因為耶和華攪亂了當時的言語，讓人分散開去。

摩西描述這段歷史，是一個民族擴散以後，因為語言不同，又被分散，似乎指出歷史中一件影響深遠的事。人不再以語言為結聚的方式，這種分散是懲治還是另有心意？許多人聚合在少數的領袖，受其指揮，不就是今日許多人想要的跟隨領袖的心態。也應驗了出埃及之後，他們沒有領袖，就覺得生活生存沒有了保障，要求耶和華為他們安排一位領袖。按記載當時耶和華就提醒跟隨領袖會產生什麼的後果，當時人就不顧後果。今日的人，被教導成人要跟隨領袖，時代畢竟進步了。

這段文字沒有一字提及為何要分散語言的緣故，不是沒有，只是藏在一個句子裡：

v.4  為自己建造一城一塔，塔要通天，以此揚名，讓分散的不再分開。

v.6  耶和華說：大家都用一種語言表達，就像是一個人。有能力造塔只是其中之一，將來沒有一件他們想的，能受到限制。

追描述有什麼不對？

整本舊新約，談的都有關人的事。因此，這句子描述的是人，或許是人有的一雇普遍向上的心態。想有成就的，都有一種心態，用個人的成就去招聚，圍壟於一領袖的周圍。不好嗎？不是不好，耶和華不就是人人想做的領袖，人也有祂的形象，有何不好？ 只有一點，祂能自控，人很少能。這能與不能，在乎心之所向。若為大多數人設想，或只為自己，這領袖想要的，就是讓周圍更多的人，群聚於他身邊，而這人不會自控，產生的後果就像今日的世局：中國的習近平、俄國的普京、委內瑞拉的馬杜羅、北朝鮮的金正恩、伊朗的阿里.哈梅內伊以及古巴的卡斯特羅等領袖，這些領袖做的一件相同的事，把國人攪得民不撩生，世界攪得亂，只有一個川普想撥亂反正，為的是國民生計。許多人對川普行事不以為然，那是私慾一種唯私的想法。由此可見，當時耶和華的決定，當中的理由是有充份的考慮。因為人的事，是人自己選擇，耶和華勸誡，自己並不直接介入。大多數人要領袖，是有歷史說明一般人的想法，這一般一的選擇，決家了歷史的走向。

事實，人就是有能力，可以建造也可以破壞，看歷史，破壞比建造的要多很多。多到一個地步，在末日，耶穌駕雲作拯救，可知世界是何等的亂。

當昤人沒有太多選擇，今日不然。因為人的智商隨年日增長，也有分辨的能力，只有不被誤導便可。
