13. And the LORD said to Moses, “Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say to him, ‘Thus says the LORD God of the Hebrews, “Let My people go, so that they may serve Me;

14. For I am going to send at this time all My plagues upon your heart, and upon your servants, and upon your people, so that you may know that there is none like Me in all the earth;

15. For now I will stretch out My hand, that I may strike you and your people with plagues, and you shall be cut off from the earth.

16. And for this very purpose I have raised you up, to show My power against you, and that My name may be declared throughout all the earth.

17. Do you still exalt yourself against My people that you will not let them go?

18. Behold, tomorrow about this time I will cause it to rain a very grievous hail, such as has not been in Egypt since the foundation of it, even until now!

19. And now send out, and gather your livestock, and all that you have in the field, for upon every man and beast which shall be found in the field, and shall not be brought home, the hail shall come down upon them, and they shall die.” ’ ”

20. He that feared the word of the LORD among the servants of Pharaoh made his servants and his livestock to flee into the houses.

21. And he that did not regard the word of the LORD left his servants and his livestock in the field.

22. And the LORD said to Moses, “Stretch forth your hand toward heaven, so that there may be hail in all the land of Egypt, upon man, and upon beast, and upon every herb of the field, throughout the land of Egypt.”

23. And Moses stretched forth his rod toward the heavens. And the LORD sent thunder and hail, and the fire came down to the ground. And the LORD rained hail upon the land of Egypt.

24. And there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as there was none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation.

25. And the hail struck throughout all the land of Egypt, all that was in the field, both man and beast. And the hail struck every herb of the field, and broke every tree of the field.

26. Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail.

27. And Pharaoh sent and called for Moses and Aaron, and said to them, “I have sinned this time. The LORD is righteous, and I and my people are wicked.

28. Pray to the LORD, for it is enough. Let there be no more mighty thunderings and hail. And I will let you go, and you shall stay no longer.”

29. And Moses said to him, “As soon as I go out of the city, I will spread abroad my hands to the LORD. The thunder shall stop, and the hail will not be any more, so that you may know that the earth is the LORD’S.

30. But as for you and your servants, I know that you do not yet fear the LORD God.”

31. And the flax and the barley were stricken, for the barley was in the head, and the flax was in bud.

32. But the wheat and the rye were not stricken, for they had not grown up.

33. And Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh, and spread abroad his hands to the LORD. And the thunder and hail stopped, and the rain was not poured upon the earth.

34. And when Pharaoh saw that the rain and the hail and the thunders had ceased, he sinned still more and hardened his heart, he and his servants.

35. And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, neither would he let the children of Israel go, even as the LORD had spoken by Moses.

13. 耶和華對摩西說：今天，起早一點，去對法老說：大能者說過容許他的子民去獻祭。

14. 因為你的橫梗，如今會讓你曉得，有大災禍臨到你，你的臣僕，你的國民等身上，就明白世上沒有大能者像我一樣。

15. 我出手，讓瘟疫擊打你和你的百姓，你就明白被隔絕的滋味。

16. 是要讓你們成為例子，顯出我的能力是何等浩大，我的名便會傳遍整個世界。

17. 如今說明在先，是否仍舊以自己的傲慢對待我的子民，不讓離開？

18.你若依然自持，明天這個時候，將有一場嚴重的冰雹從天而降，是埃及人自建國以來，從未遇過！

19. 若有人現在就回家，把在田間人和牲畜趕回，因為凡在空曠地方的一切，都會受冰雹撃打，不死也受極大的傷害。

20. 法老臣僕中有敬畏大能者的，聽到了，就趕緊回家作好準備。

21. 有不聽大能者之言的，他們一切照常。

22. 過了些日子，大能者對對摩西說：你伸手向天，便會有冰雹從天下，擲向那些人和畜，全埃及地無一處幸免。

23. 於是，摩西伸杖向天。大能者所在天空，雷聲頻繁，冰雹下落，電光四閃。天空大雨滂沱，夾雜冰雹降在全埃及地上。

24. 冰雹與閃電一起，氣垮滂薄，下得非常沉重，那是自埃及建國以來，從未遇過。

25. 大量的冰雹撃打在全埃及地，在田野裡，在人和畜，打得蔬菜稀爛，樹木截斷。

26. 然而以色列人所在的歌珊地一顆冰雹都沒有。

27. 法老王見些，就召來了摩西和亞倫來，說：這次真的犯了大錯。大能者說得對，我同國民一起犯錯。

28. 煩請向大能者說，夠了。停止這場大災，我應許放眾子民離開。

29. 摩西對法老說：我們一旦出了城，張開手告之大能者，停止這場冰雹大災，便曉得這是大能者的作為。

30. 我明白，到如今，你和眾多臣僕，並未相信大能者的存在。

31. 這場大災，它毀了亞麻籽和大麥，是因為二者正好是發芽期。

32. 幸好小麥和黑麥卻不受影響，因為仍在土中並未長出。

33. 摩西說完這番話，便離開法老出城。即向大能者將開手示意，雷聲閃電和冰雹都停止，雨也不再灑再地上。

34. 法老見這災停了，他和臣僕再一次不把大能者當一會事。

35. 法老又再反口，不容以色列人離去，如大能者所料。

大能者行事，都會給人機會，讓人看清自己所處的境況如何，可以由現象出現的情況，從輕微到嚴重再到極之嚴重的地步。由之前因為軾微不予預告到極之嚴重，就有了預告會發生什麼有什麼後果要去又承擔，清清楚楚讓人考慮。

這次描述是進入嚴重的後果警告。這次先受打擊的對象是畜不是人，瘟疫出現，那是一種漫延，從小撮到大片，是當時沒有葯物也不懂隔離的方法，讓人直覺恐怖的心理反應。法老不理。

因為火燒不到他身上，這似乎是制度給上位者的權益，這些災害不會動搖他的權力，就鐵起心來。於是有更重的打撃到來：漫天風雨和冰雹的出現，它影響的範圍擴大到人畜和植物，就是直接影響人的生存。法老看到情況嚴重，以求和為策略，暫時緩解一時的緊急，口頭說了放，到後來卻沒有。

這現象發生在幾千年前的法老。可以，他的手法跟今日美伊的大局，伊朗的宗教領袖的反應，就像當日的法老一樣。而川普他心中有大能者同在，用的手法，居然與大能者處理的方式一樣，先禮後兵，先輕後重，先小範圍後大面積。這做法跟當日大能者的作為，如出一貫。

當日大能者在觀望法老的改變，是給人一個機會。川普在自強中學會，他這樣的自強中顯出大能者的愛，你能接受？
